Returns & Exchanges


All our purchases have 10 days for money returns and 14 days for exchanges.

  1. In order to make the change or return, the products must be in their original packaging and unused. It is very important that your packaging, labels and boxes are not damaged.

  2. All changes and returns will be authorized once our quality control staff has verified the conditions of the product are correct, its original packaging and has not been used.

  3. Changes and returns can only be made with the order number.

  4. The process of receiving and approving an exchange and/or return can take up to 10 business days from when we receive your product at our offices.

  5. No refunds will be made in the case of gifts or purchases returned by a third party.

  6. No changes or money refunds will be made in case of "broken or damaged" products after 10 days from the delivery of the purchase at the shipping address. We recommend you check your products as soon as you receive them even if you are not going to use them soon.

After receiving your product in our offices:

If you want a change: After we receive the product and it is approved by Quality Control, the sales team will contact you to see which product you want to make the change and check its availability. Does not include shipping cost.

If you want the money back: After we receive your product, a reversal is made by payment market to your means of purchase, below we explain the terms of each one. It is important that you consider that we will not be able to reimburse you for the shipping cost , this only applies to those purchases that are canceled before going to delivery.

Money return terms according to your means of payment:

If you paid by credit card, it may take up to 16 business days. This period is relative and depends on the billing dates that you have agreed with your bank. On the other hand, if you paid with a debit or transfer card, the refund may take up to 10 business days.

In the event that the product you purchased is defective or arrives damaged during shipping, you must contact customer service to carry out a free repair or, depending on the case, the delivery of a new product. You must present your digital purchase receipt and the original packaging.
