Dispatches
• We ship only to the metropolitan region. Once the product is ready to enter the dispatch department, a notification will be sent to the client via email informing that the product will already be dispatched in the following days.
• We do not deliver to branches, if you live in an address where deliveries usually do not arrive, write to us before buying at hola@kremeyewear.com.com to check if we arrive or to coordinate pick-up at our offices.
• If you want to quote the dispatch to regions, write to us at hola@dfavoritos.com and the type of product you want to buy will be analyzed to see if it is available to be sent to the regions.
2. TYPES OF DELIVERY

• Withdrawal at Dfavoritos offices
3. DELIVERY TIMES
• Delivery times depend on the place of purchase, region, whether national or international. The date is considered from the confirmation of payment. The usual shipping times are from 2 to 5 national days, and international 5 to 10.
•Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., these can be delivered to third parties (family members or concierges). We recommend notifying you that you will receive an order in your name.
•It is the client's responsibility to send a valid address that ensures receipt of the order at the delivery time.
Delays caused by: the customer's absence at the time of delivery, incorrect registration information, the customer's refusal to accept the shipment and change of address, are not the responsibility of Dfavoritos.
Any of these cases are the responsibility of the client, who will have to pay again to coordinate the forwarding.
